Divide days present by working days, then multiply by 100.

(days present / working days) × 100

  1. 22 / 24 × 100 = 91.666…%.
  2. 18 / 20 × 100 = 90%.
  3. Working days cannot be zero.

If your school counts hours instead of days, convert both figures to the same unit, or use percentage of time.
