How this is calculated
Divide days present by working days, then multiply by 100.
(days present / working days) × 100
- 22 / 24 × 100 = 91.666…%.
- 18 / 20 × 100 = 90%.
- Working days cannot be zero.
If your school counts hours instead of days, convert both figures to the same unit, or use percentage of time.
