How this is calculated

Convert each duration to minutes, then divide part by whole and multiply by 100.

(part minutes / whole minutes) × 100

  1. 30 minutes of 2 hours is 30 / 120 × 100 = 25%.
  2. 45 minutes of 1 hour is 45 / 60 × 100 = 75%.
  3. Blank hour or minute fields count as zero.
